Bettina joined the PRI in August 2016. She is responsible for leading a team with deep expertise in social issues and their relevance to companies, investors and financial markets. Bettina is overseeing and providing direction on strategic initiatives on social themes and the development of research, analysis and guidance for investors across topics including human rights, labour practices, inequality, social dimensions of climate strategies, and diversity to name a few.
Prior to joining the PRI, Bettina worked for DNV in London, advising multinational companies on their sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, research and best practice, with a particular focus on labour and human rights and ways business can implement the UN Guiding Principles of Business and Human Rights.
Bettina holds an MSc in Development Management from London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Geography from King’s College London.
