In February 2013, Florent LECINQ joined the SFIL, a public bank in charge of the financing of the French local public sector, as Chief Financial Officer. He is also member of the supervisory board of the CAFFIL, the SFIL’s subsidiary and issuing entity.
From 2009 to 2012 Florent LECINQ worked as Co-Head of Market Operations at the Agence France Trésor, the French Debt Management Office. He previously served in Banque de France in various positions from 2002 to 2009. Over that period, he also participated in different IMF technical assistance programs as an expert.
Florent LECINQ studied Economics and Finance at the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and holds a master in Economics.
