Pierre-Alix BINET is Head of Programs and strategic development of Finance for Tomorrow at Paris EUROPLACE, the organization in charge promoting the Paris Financial Center and the French financial industry internationally. Finance for Tomorrow is the Paris Initiative launched in June 2017 to make green and sustainable finance a key driving force in the development of the Paris Financial Center, in order to position it as the international hub on these issues. It brings together nearly 70 members from the French ecosystem (Banks, Investors, Companies, Think tanks, Non-Financial rating agencies, NGO’s…).
He is in charge of programs and strategic develoment of Finance For Tomorrow as well as institutional relations on the theme of Green and Sustainable Finance. He was before in charge of economic development and innovation at the Paris City Hall, and before at the French Treasury on Public Private Partnerships projects. He also had experiences at the UNESCO, the Canadian Parliament and the French Assembly.
Pierre-Alix Binet is a graduate of Sciences Po Lille and Paris Dauphine in Public Affairs and Business Law.
